Hi, Did you try the dNoErase option? Regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi, Since the Webdev html edit control is still producing outdated HTML and insists on placing body tags around the html, even if the content is empty, I was searching for a different solution. I managed to integrate TinyMCE into a .net web browser control using a webdev awp page. This awp page contains an input field, using TiniMCE, and works perfectly when tested in Webdev. In Windev, I loby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi, I have no experience with version 24 yet, but I understand that a new feature is the native webserver that does not need a webserver installed on the developer machine. If you're not using this feature, I'm assuming that you did not install the WAS on the developer machine as it will surely cause problems. Did you try to run the Tools, WDadmin, Advanced TAB, Diagnostics buttonby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi, Did you notice that if the file path is not an url, you need to locate the video in the _WEB directory? Regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi, Flash is not supported by most modern browsers anymore. You can still install a plugin to display Flash content, but Flash has become obsolete, Adobe will stop support in 2020. It probably works in a html control because Windev uses an old IE version for that. Regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi, Your function returns an array of int into an array of strings. If this is not the cause, art least is not good practice. Regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi, Use LooperCount with the taVisible constant to determine the number of visible rows. Then use LooperPosition to find and modify the first visible row. Regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi JP, AFAIK, there's no escape from that. Webdev has to reconfigure IIS (or any other webserver) for the current version of the Webdev engine. If IIS is configured for the most recent version of Webdev than you can ignore the warning, your test will run anyway, because the Webdev engine supports previous versions. Hi Patrick, Or just remove the end of input option and do your own eoi routine in the "whenever modifying" code section: PROCEDURE Check_EOI() IF bEndOfInputEnabled=False THEN RETURN IF Myself..Length>=gnDefinedInputLength THEN //Do whatever you need to do on end of input ENDby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Michael, You could build an SQL text by programming and do a hExecuteSQLQuery. In the sql text you build some lines based on the number of parameters WHERE (x.x LIKE param1 OR x.x LIKE param2 OR etc ) Regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Arie, 200 OK is a standard response when a page is loaded correctly, so no need to send it manually. Regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi, When using a string as data source in a query, I wouldn't know how to address the items in the query. I usually use a string in a delete query as a dummy, since I have no need for the data source. So just use a data source as an object not as a string, you will benefit from automatic syntax checks and AAF on the items when using a predefined query. Perhaps using a string is no lonby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi, If I remember correctly from reading the brochure, in older version you could use global server variables in browser code, but not modify them. In v24 you can declare server variables as browser synchronized, then you can modify them in browser code. Regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Infos, This is normal behaviour for AWP, in AWP mode there is no context. To preserve/restore the page state you need browsercode, AJAX calls or parameters for the page. Unfortunately there's very little documentation about AWP, so it has a steep learning curve. Regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Mark, I don't think it is good practice to use Info() inside a compiled procedure. So you probably need to restrict your code to simply return a result and then display the result. If you need to return multiple results, combine them using a TAB or some other delimiter. The code should work, but I have my doubts about the info or any direct use of GUI elements, since compile is compby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Peter, Just like in a table the subscript is the value of the looper itself: nCurrentRow=LPR_MyLooper Best regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Al, hMemoAuto is the default mode and is says in the help that the management of memos is enabled by default. Is there any reason I should set it then? Best regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Guenter, In my experience imported or upgraded elements sometimes have some internal flaw that can only be fixed by recreating them. In this case: do you mean the look of the edit itself or the popup calendar? If it's the calendar then perhaps you can fix this one by re-applying the calendar style. Hi Jon, On the first tab of the project description there's an option "site icon". Best regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum

Hi, Anyone had this error before and knows what it means or even better how to handle it? Hi Willy, AFAIK there's not, so you need to create your own function. Something like this (not tested): Function get_Weekday(nMonth,nDay,nRank) dDate is date nWeekDay is int dDate=FirstDayOfMonth(nMonth) nWeekDay=DateToDay(dDate) IF nWeekDay>nDay THEN dDate..Day+=7 //add one extra week dDate..Day+=7*(nRank-1)-nWeekDay+nDay RESULT dDate Kind regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Guenter, Thanks, that works fine. (LeftIndent btw) But there's no option at design time? Kind regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum

Hi, Is it possible to define a left margin for the content of a left aligned column? It would look better if there was a small margin between the column content. Kind regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Giovanni, Look at the webcomponent. Kind regards, Pietby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Garry, AFAIK you cannot put a table or a looper inside a looper. However, you can use a looper with breaks to accomplish what you want: Set a break for the item an put the item name in the break header using a static or formatted display control. Link the controls in the header to a corresponding looper attribute. The vendors and check boxes go in the looper lines. The break footers cby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi Derek, I am not using the new webcomponent feature yet, still my own old school way. This works for me. The basics are: - add all the javascript to the page footer - use an rta control for the html or pass the Webdev controls aliases to the javascript A way to add the javascript to the page (not using the advanced tab) is: MyPage.HTMLEndPage+=RC+[ <script type="text/javascrby pietvanz - WinDev Forum
Hi, Could the tab order be the culprit? If the table is in the tab order after the supercontrol it gets focus when the supercontrol is exited and perhaps then a row selection event occurs.by pietvanz - WinDev Forum
