Anyone had this error before and knows what it means or even better how to handle it?

The automatic modification of <xxxx.fic> file cannot be performed because this file is currently saved.
This error is returned for all files that need restructuring at the end of the process.
What does "saved" mean, is it a sloppy translation and does it really mean "protected" or something like that?
There are no active connections to these files and even if there were, it's a "hot" restructuring isn't it?
Also no transactions active.
