Ther eis a nice feateure in windev. It can automaticly update if something changed ( there seens te be a listener in the framewrork just like note has cool ) Pitty it doesnot work for webdev. regards Renko Allardby Allard - WinDev Forum

Hi Yes I saw the ability to work off line as well. Hmm so ther eis prob some kind of call back feature inthe soeftwre that checks every 2 weeks if valid? Wonder how they do this when software is installed at a client pc and at the office and remote on a laptop ? On version 25 I see they promote the digital invoice . I allready mad that with windev 5 years ago . But for the specific dutch market. I has some specific things in it It would be aming if they can generate that out of the box. That is exactly how I see it. Iam not going to work in the cloud. The risk is way to big. It they stop selling dongles or a way to work not connected to their cloud ==> then Iam going to stop upgrading and I then will be looking at other programming pratforms.by Allard - WinDev Forum

Hi yes with w language this is very easy. FOR EACH File1 File3.field = File1.field Hadd(File3) END FOR EACH File2 File3.field = File2.field Hadd(File3) END So go line by line through each file and save the record in FILE3 the new file that has all the records is FILE 3. you might want to take a look at SQl is very easy to lurn. Hi I have theoption to make a back up and save it where ever you want. Is that sufficient? Or do you want to make a backup on an other computer . I think if the latter is the cas you could install the hfsql on a server . Then There should not be an issue. Hello JP Well it is straid forward. That is when using strato ( strato.nl). But , in my opinion, strato is very good service, complete control over your VPS !! And it gives a lot for a good price. So just install windows server ( in my case. I do not have any experiance with linux ) linux could potentially give you a lot more power on your hosted application . Hi Indeed I have isues as well. I notices there are no simulators . inearlier versions windev 18 etc there where a whol elot of simulateror to test the application on . So I guess I havew to install and download android studio to get that ? I got the store working now. Got myself a power vps ( strato vps ) . Dit the install and noticed the user and passwords. well It works now on chrome browser , blaze browser still sets all in french language ?? . But chrome is the main browser so fine with me. Installing app server was a blast .verry easy . It took like half an hour including install new windows and downloadeing and instaby Allard - WinDev Forum

Iam happy to say I got myself a new strato server. Nice. more mem more cores more speed Installing super !! Webdev app sderver install just click click and ready for business .I evengot the app store installed and telemetry . Hi Do Any of yu know how many concurrent users wel can host on 1 vps. For instance a 8gb ram with 4 cpu cores ? Is it possible to make a real saas aplication ans run it for say 1000 customars that all have several users and API functionality on for instance a 32gb 16 core vps ? Hi I got the site working but I can not get any apps into the store since the windev installation wizzard wants a user and password. I do not know what that is . Should be the same as the windows user when installing the application server I guess? They changed it. Art first id had to be server side or browser side. Now that is done automatically . So it somehow regcognises that your code needs it then it is available if not then it is not availabe. something like thatby Allard - WinDev Forum

Hi I have a page now that does kind of the same I use and other domain and then link on the server to this with wdsoftware.nl So This kind of works. My issue is when developping it generates dll .
