[Wx 18 US] Online Help - Annotation Function

As of May 18th, 2013 the annotation function in the online Help system is still not working. The conditions for using the annotation system make clear that PC Soft can switch this system off at any time, delete all or single annotations at their disposal. Currently, all pages of the Help system bear a warning that Help will be updated / extended soon: Warning: Content of this document will be soon extended.
