Report Print Preview - one button displays French tooltip text in English language application

In my compiled WinDev 16 application, when I display one of the RAD-generated reports in the print preview screen, there is one button in the print preview screen whose mouseover tooltip displays in French instead of English (I live in the U.S., and chose English as the default language).

The icon is displayed in the top row, fourth icon from the left - the icon has the letters "X" and "Z" with a smaller icon of a 1.44MB floppy disk displayed. The mouseover tooltip says:

Enregister un Duplicata

All the rest of the mouseover tooltips for the print preview screen displayed in English.

How can I fix this English / French language problem?
