WD Mobile Debug on Phone

When attempting to debug on a PDA, if the PDA has any less then 60MB free of RAM then the debugger crashes out. Tried this on about 3 different types of mobile device, using WDM 14,15 and 16. With all of them, unless the phone is practically brand new and got hardly anything installed on it, the debugger will refuse to run on the phone.
