Hi,

i tried to report a bug to pcsoft but it is not possible.

In step 2/8 i have to enter my product serial number (which is automatically proposed btw). When i press the next button to continue i get the message i should enter a valid serial number...

So what now? When i write a normal email it is automatically answered and it says i have to use the bug reporting tool.

I tried it in the latest version of 2024.

Can you reproduce this behaviour?

Hi, the question is: whether the propsed serial is indeed identical with your real serial number?? You can look up your REAL serial number Help .. about WINDEV

this is what i did of course smiling smiley

I got an answer from pcsoft, they know the bug and will fix it.

How we will report bugs until we get new update. >grinning smiley<

There is an alternative solution to report bugs it seems:
