Cannot Connect To PostgreSQL

Hi All

I cannot connect to a pg database.

The test connection in the ide works.

My connection is described as follows:

HDescribeConnection("MyPGConnection","myid","mypassword","PostgreSQL35W","mydatabase",hNativeAccessPostgreSQL,hOReadWrite)

When I run the project the connection fails.

Any ideas welcome.

Without the erreur message/code, it's going to be difficult to help, but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that it's the usual error 27...

If it's the case, it's because your postgres native access dll is not copied in your test/exe direcotry with the other windev dlls

Thank you - I did have the postgres native access dll in the test/exe and on the sandbox exe etc but to no avail - no connection can be made.

Will see if an error message can be found and helps.
