Sending file via http post to specific server

Hello,
I would like someone who has experience in sending files to a server via http post to help me by giving a simple example using code where e.g. The test.csv file is sent via http post to a specific server whose link is e.g. www.test.com. This would save me time to solve it as soon as possible without having to study the procedure in detail through the manual I use with WinDev.
