HFSQL Cluster Installation

I have gone through the documentation [doc.windev.com]

I have downloaded HFSQLCLUSTER25PACKUS090.exe and installed but during installaton i am getting following error

Node 1 DEV-2 :
An error occurred while adding the node: Failure adding the <192.168.1.168> IP associated with the <cluster_DEV-2.DEV-2> name to the DNS.
System Error Details: DNS server failure.


ACCOUNTS :
Error while copying the setup on the remote computer.
Unable to create <\\ACCOUNTS\C$\Program Files\PC SOFT\HFSQL Server_cluster_DEV-2> directory.
System Error Details: Access is denied.

DESKTOP-84PTOF3 :
Error while copying the setup on the remote computer.
Unable to create <\\DESKTOP-84PTOF3\C$\Program Files\PC SOFT\HFSQL Server_cluster_DEV-2> directory.
System Error Details: The network path was not found.
