WDM26 - Static Control Display

Hi All

I am really battling with something silly. I cannot get a static control to be displayed with new content if I have called a function right after changing the display. So:

STC..Caption = "My Change"
SomeFunction()

New caption does not display. I really want to force the display of the new caption *before* the function is called.

Hope that makes sense.

try multitask(5) between the lines.
