[WX26-64 Bit] WD and WB in one UI

Hi,

I have a projekt with exe Frontend and AWP Pages for Rest Webservice.
Until now I open WD and WB with the same project, works so far with wx22.

My hope with WX26 was that I need only one product to manage these 2 configurations.
I can open a webpage in WD26, but I can´t start the test from there. It looks like Windev did´nt start the web engine.

Any expirience with that ?

Hi Michael,
I installed ONLY WINDEV26 [64bit] and chose to include WEBDEV and WINDEV MOBILE in my WD26 installation.
From ONE environment I develop for all 3 and everything works OK - along with the WEB Engine.

Hi Steve,

same configuration.

Maybe the problem occurs because I need the 2 configurations ("awp" and "exe") at the same time ?
I use the "multiple Generation" option and generete the exe and awp config.


I call "httprequest (my_awp_site)") while the exe-config is active in windev.

I get:

I tried somthing recommended in the french forum but nothing helps.

If I open the awp config with webdev and recompile, everything works.

Any ideas ?

Ok, first problem solved. In the Main configuration the "multiple compilations per user" must be enabled.

Second problem:

With the active exe configuration Windev creates a error:

> The 'PAGE-WEBSERVICEPASSWORT-HOLEN' element does not belong to the 'Helpdesk_Component' configuration currently run. It cannot be used.

thats true because the awp Page is in the awp config, but I call it in httprequest with "PAGE-WEBSERVICEPASSWORT-HOLEN' parameter (in quotes). Why the hell think windev that must be part of the windev configuration ?

Finally I got it. The "Standalone AWP Pages" switch in the Projekt Configuration was the solution.
Now it works like expected.

Yes and is really an improvement for my work. No more "the project is readonly" and so on.
If they also correct my UML problem everything is ok. But I got the famous last words
"We give this problem to our delvelopers ..." which means that you never hear something about that issue :-(
