SMTP parameters [WD22]

Hello Everyone,

I'm, having some problems getting the SMTP parameters from a customers IT company.

If i use my own SMTP parameters it works fine, but theirs give me

SMTP Error 535 5.7.3

but they are insisting their parameters are correct and its the problem is at this end.

Its something to do with the fact its exchange server settings they have given me, but i dont know much about it. Can anyone offer any help please?

You Should try with an email client application, to check if does it work, like:

Ms-Outlook
Mozilla ThuntherBird
Ultrafunk PopCorn
,etc.
