Good day

Does anybody perhaps have a step by step guide on how to configure IIS on Server 2016?
Also what users to create for the Webdev administrators and what permissions to give them.

I am an idiot when it comes to deployment and this is the first time in 4 years I have to configure a brand new virtual server from scratch.
