Hi Manish...
You cannot empty the browser buffer from the server, that's for sure,
and that's why most 'secret' sites (like banks) are asking the customer
to close his browser after logging out...
What you can do is forbid the use of the back button (option in the page
tabs) on the page you display after the log out. it's not perfect, as
the browser history is still there, but AFAIK, it's the best you can do
