Dear Coders,
what are the syntax or commands to develop an I.P camera application using Windev and Windev mobile.

my purpose is to have my own developed application on I.P camera, so that i can monitor and control the I.P camera based on the application that I have to do.

How Windev and Windev Mobile can do this?
