WebDev find & replace in a string

I need to find every instance of "File?ID=" where ever it is in the string (maybe more than once) and add a small string right in front of it. i.e. "The quick red fox", find 'fox' and create the string "The quick red furry fox". Is there some sort of Find & Replace string function in WebDev?
