Hi,

I played a little bit with the nice calendar tool. Has anybody checked how I can customize the names of month, days, "next week" etc. ?

I need it in german ...

Hi Michael,

in the project description, language options, you can input the day / month names in your language. If PC Soft did it right, you'll see them in your calendar ..

Hi Guenter,

yes it´s right.

But "next week" etc. can´t be translated ... like "today".

Hi Michael, I don't see any problems. All text is translatable. There are the local procedures and there are the controls, mainly buttons. You can change all captions / tooltips to your liking .. Where the hell is 'next week' ???? Guenter

Hi,

if you select a period there is a combo with some predefined periods like "next week", "this month" and so on ....

Uh oh, this is a Popup Menu called 'DateMenu' and you can reach it from the IDE by selecting 'Windows .. Popup Menu .. DateMenu' Kind regards, Guenter

Hi Michael,

of course, there IS the popup menu, because the items to choose from are to be found in the popup menu. I translated them for you .. see image:

OK, we talking about different things ...

try this:

New "calender control", under "details" -> type of selection ->Period

And then try to translate this menu ...

Try to edit this window: FI_WinDevFaaMenu_Date.wdw that you will in \WinDevUS\Programs\Data\Preset Windows\AAF.
