WebDev administrator does not display ip users connected on a webdev site

hi all,

The same webDev website are installed on two different servers(PC1 and PC2).

PC1: the ip of the users connected to the website are displayed on WebDev administrator.

PC2: the ip of users connected to the website cannot be obtained. it is the address of the default gateway of the server which appear on WebDev administrator when users are connected to the website.

does anyone knows what could be the problem please?
