FTP error

i,
I'm using the FTP-functions of WD. Every now and then they fail (say once per 2 weeks) - see below.
Restarting the application does NOT help. However, when the user switches to MS explorer (at that very same moment) and get's the required files by hand, there's no problem at all!

Anyone seen this before?
