Camera resolution in WM12

How do I adjust the camera resolution when capturing images using VideoCapture() and a webcamera control?

I'm developing on a HTC HD which has a 5 megapixel camera, but the saved images are all in 240x320 resolution (even though the webcamera control has a size of 480x640)
Using the HTC's own camera program, I can take pictures of size 2592x1552.
