Transfer Windows login to a Windev application.

Hi all,

I'm using a Windows XP Pro machine as a terminal server. Is there a way to use the Windows login for a Windev app. At this moment a user has to log in twice, once to enter the Windows machine and once to enter the Windev app.

Any ideas highly appreciated.

you can use several solutions, with some litle modification in your project login code to use some external data to control the user in the app.
LDAP* instructions if you use the WINDOWS AD.
NetworkUser() retruns the user of the windows.
If you need more complex data like witch group the windows user belong to just look in the source of the component WD SystemInfo (in the windev sample componentes folder)
