Due to a severe winter storm and resulting state of emergency, windev-us.net has been offline since 1/27. We are waiting for the electricity company to restore power and the phone company to restore service.
In addition, we will post the results of the survey as soon as possible after things get back to normal.
Those of us that have electricity are warm in our homes. :-)
