Hi Michael,

as they say on Radio Eriwan: in principle, yes!

version 14 / US is not announced yet. We expect the announcement to happen in April

1 - for upgrades (to the French version) the period of reduced prices is over. Ended on 01/01/2009. You could only upgrade to a French version 14 anyway.

2 - If you buy a NEW version 12 / US now (990,- - discount + S/H) , a free upgrade to v14 is included. You will receive your free upgrade automatically after availability. Currently, dongles of new products are all version 14 ! So, you could download & test v14 / FR.

3 - For upgrades to v14/US we have to wait ..

I purchased version 12 in October 2008...

Will i be able to get the upgrade free of charge or will i have to pay?

Hello, you can see it for yourself! If your WinDev dongle has a serial number starting with W14... then you have a v14 already and you just have to wait for it.
