WinDev in conjunction with MS-Sql

We are a company that in the health care field is active. We have a solution with a software development tool made, which, unfortunately, to its graphical limits has arrived. We are currently in search of a new development tool and are WinDev to come. Regarding the WinDev tool we have the following question:

Are developers already have experience with the "Native Access MS-Sql" and WinDev have?

Is it with the tool and the DB connector problems? If so what?

How is the performance in the interaction?

Are there problems with DB sizes e.g. more than 50 gig?

We would be looking for information.
