Classic to HF

Hello,

I have 12 gb of HyperFile Classic on my PC.
I want to switch to HF/CS on my PC for testing.
I have the following structure

c:\MITT\IMP\
c:\MITT\EXP\

In both directory's i have HyperFileClassic files.

Can i keep this structure or will HF/CS copy all the files ?

The problem is that i don't have 12 gb free disk space ??

I'm not sure if you are just trying to change the structure of the database but
I would try:

1. Go to your analysis window
2. Select any file, right click, and select "File Description"
3. A file description window will appear with all files in your project. Select
the file you want to change.
4. On the info tab, find "type" and from the drop down select "Hyper File Client/Serv"
5. A wizard will appear asking the location of the server. (currently, I do this
programatically, but you can "hardcode a UNC")
6. Save your modifications and apply the analysis modifications.

Also, don't forget to configure ther Manta server .
