Uploading multiple files with Webdev-12

Hi,

Is there a way to upload multiple files at once with Webdev-12?

I need to be able to upload 20 to 30 images at a time.
The standard upload component work fine but with single file uploads only.

Do I have to resort to some sort of Active-X ?

Directly no!

You'll need to create a java applet in windev and use it to select the files, then send them to the server... If I remember correctly, there is an example in a LST doing exactly that...

LST stands for Lettre du Support Technique... It's a quaterly publication ($$$) by pcsoft available in French only (but the code examples remains wlanguage and is directly usable in your app...

I looked for you, and this example is in LST 68 (you can order this particular number from pcsoft web site) and is called WD Applet FTP and WB Applet FTP
