Problem with Windev 12 help

Hello Group,
all was going well till I started getting the following message anytime I accessed the Windev help file.

"The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.


--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The system cannot locate the resource specified. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Users/Adom/AppData/Local/Microsoft/W..."


Windev 12 is running on Windows Vista Home premium and has been stable since it was first installed some six months ago.
