Zoom over all

Hi,

a customer with low visibility wants to have all controls enlarged (zoomed) so that he can read this better. Which is the best way to accomplish this without to have redefine every window with larger fonts, table controls and so on.
Is changing the screen resolution the only possibility ?
Would like to have a switch, so the user can choose.

Any ideas? Thanks

Isn't this functionality built into Windows. I though I once came across this in the control panel.

What version of windows are you using?

Have you tried the "Ease of use" options offered by windows vista?

Yes, Vista has a Magnifier, on screen keyboard, a narrator, high contrast settings etc... in it's Ease of Access Center...
