On the occassions I have used them my experience has generally been the same.
On one occassion they actually phoned me with a solution. :cool:
Its not always the case so I guess its an 8/10 but for the price it represents pretty good VFM.
The key seems to be....
1. Use the Request to PCSoft from the Help menu. [[5]]
2. Be very clear when explaining your issue. :confused:
3. If it is a 'Show Stopper' for you -- make sure they know. :hot:
4. Be prepared to chase your reported issue - by Ref Number [[5]]
5. Acknowledge their assistance. [[3]]
