A couple of months ago I asked the same question, and someone told me that the difference is that in a pocket pc every string is in Unicode as opposed to a normal PC where you have normal strings and Unicode strings.
So they told me to use the function UnicodetoAnsi and i did and try it everywhere and the other way arround, but I had no luck.
Hope you have a better luck now that you know where to look.
Please post the solution if you get to it.

thanks for you response.
But what I want to say is: in windev I can click on a menu and say
"consume a web service" and than I see web services as a procedure in windev
code.
Looking in help seems to me this is not possible with windev mobile, and
maybe I have to use a less simply manual way using SOAPxxx functions.
I'm wrong?

But what I want to say is: in windev I can click on a menu and say
"consume a web service" and than I see web services as a procedure in windev
code.
