Read and Write access in WinDev- Wlanguage

is it possible in Wlanguage of WinDev 12 access of XLS data or text data?

Based on your subject line, you won't have "write" access with the built-in xls commands (at least not that I've found), however, you can read fine.

To get write access, you'll need to use office automation, or checkout the OpenOffice classes in one of the examples.
