SCM Error Message When Synchronizing

Hi All,

We're using SCM for 3 developers. All seems to work well except when synchronizing. We each receive an error message that the other two develoeprs can't be found. Is it trying to send a message to the other two that somethinghas changed. If so, it can't becausse they can't be found. Anyone know how to resolve this?
