Stephan, Can you please show us your code to send the email? In the picture we can see some of the IMAP (receiving email) parameters but we can't see anything about the SMTP (sending email). Working sample code to send emails using the hotmail SMTP server: IF NOT EmailStartSMTPSession("my_account@hotmail.com","my_password", "smtp.live.com",25,False,emaiby pao - WinDev Forum
We have several installations in windev22, webdev 22 using IIS and oracle native access in X64 without problems The only thing we have to make sure in this cases is that the oracle client layer installed is the X64 versionby pao - WinDev Forum
As i told you before you can use the WD CLIENT VERSION in the extended information of the connection to force the use of the SQLNCLI version for a specific mssql version as long as that SQLNCLI version is installed on the PC.by pao - WinDev Forum
What is the version of sql server you are connecting? You can check it with select @@version SQLNCLI 11 can't connect to old version of sql server (<= 2000), for that you must use DBNETLIB or put WD CLIENT VERSION=2000 in the EXTENDED properties of your connection.by pao - WinDev Forum
What is the sender you are using? It's one address from gmail like my_app@gmail.com or from some other domain like my_app@my_app.com? Normally if the SPF and DKIM records don't match you will endup in troubles.by pao - WinDev Forum
Your app uses the automatic management of errors or you use the honerror function? In your app you use any explicit lock function like HREAD** wtith one of the LOCK options? Your app uses transactions?by pao - WinDev Forum
You don't need OAut2 to use the gmail smtp server. In the sending gmail account you must activate the Allow less secure apps in the security settings. In your webdev app just use the gmail SMTP server settings in the EmailStartSMTPSession function and send the email using the EmailSend function. You can use other functions instead of EmailStartSMTPSession,EmailSend but the gmail settingby pao - WinDev Forum
I don't know if it helps but after the floadtext you can replace space</ by </ to remove the space at the end of the tag.by pao - WinDev Forum
If it's only to read RFID tags normally it's possible to use devices with keyboard emulation connected thru USB, in this case you don't have to do anything in your app because the reader acts as one keyboard and will fill the tag ID in the field you have the focus. If you don't know anything about the reader, just wait until they tell you how it works. For RFID 125KHZ orby pao - WinDev Forum
The webservice is made by you as well? If yes, the easiest way is to convert the array to a JSON string using serialize send it as one of the parameters and in the webservice receive the string and use the JSONTOVARIANT function. Instead of JSON you can use XML or some other format.by pao - WinDev Forum
As far as i remember without FTPParameter(ftpParameterMode, 1) Windev uses IE to make the FTP, it may be a problem with IE and not with the ftp server. FTPParameter(ftpParameterMode, 1) appears only in V18 (undocumented function) and it was documented in the V19. Check this pages in the FAQ section:by pao - WinDev Forum
Did you try using FTPParameter(ftpParameterMode, 1)by pao - WinDev Forum
If your app only uses HREADxxx, VIEWS and things like that switch to HF C/S or MSSSQL don't improve performance but if you use queries you can have performance gains. HF Classic have a lot of security problems. The easyest change is to HF C/S, to change to MSSQL, start by reading the limitations of the native access to see if you use some of this features In my experience if theyby pao - WinDev Forum
If i understand it correctly you are running the app in your pc connected to the client sql server database. In this case everything is pointing to the SQLNCLI version installed in the client machine. Don't forget that the SQLNCLI must be installed in every PC. Check the SQLNCLI version used in your PC and in the client machine, you can do it in the same place you use to define the ODBCby pao - WinDev Forum
With this kind of problems you are problably using SQLNCLI, please check the SQLNCLI version in the client machines and update it if necessary. In you development machine you have the SQL SERVER installed as well? If yes you are using the SQLNCLI installed with the SQL SERVER and the client machine are problably using some other version. We do it manually. We don't sell online (our service isn't a typical cloud solution), before the use of the webservice we have to define a lot of parameters and costumization depending on the type of services contracted and only after that it's possible to use the webservices. I store the DB parameters in one INI file. The information in the token have the name of the ini file to read in it. For the token we use one GUID, the client number, the ini file to read and some other information. We encrypt the string with the information we need to generate the token and send it to our clients encoded in BASE64. When they need to use the webservices they send the tokenby pao - WinDev Forum
Dennis. I don't know if this helps you but here is some basic explanation. The DB connection is managed exactly as in any other windev/webdev application. In our case we have aprox. 100 diferent dbs in our server. We provide one token to each client and to use our werbservices they must send it as one webservice parameter, with the information of the token we can decide what the DB toby pao - WinDev Forum
