No,

there is an option in the style tab (screenshot 1). But this results in a very ugly column (screenshot 2). I want to have something like in screenshot 3.

Time ago but I remember something like:

Tableselect..brushcolor=<RGB> --> 0,255,0 = red. (I think)

@Harry,

i want to remove the ugly borders and use an image. But i cant find an option to do this. The ugly borders are always visible.

Hi, any table's column can be defined as an image. The code behind the image is yours.

Ofc i can code it myself. But why should i do this in all existing tables (about 1000) when there is already an existing function. I just need to replace the picture but i dont know where it is located.

Hi Markus,

It's your decision. You asked, I answered.

A click into a row identifies the row of each and every table. You even do not need to define it! Just test it!

MyItem = Table.Item // the MyItem is the Table.Item of the selected row! No need to define Table[RowNumber].Item !!

Hi Günter,

it is not that easy: You have to handle the change of the selected row. So you need variables to store the previous selected row and hide the pictures again. And what is with multiselection? Ofc i can define this behaviour manually but there are too many tables in my program.

And there is already an option in the tables style tab (row selector) which does exactly what i want. So no programming is needed. But i cant find a way to replace the ugly picture with my own. Just test it out and you will see what i mean.

Markus

I don't understand what you need this "row selector" for anyway?
I have many tables in my application and I don't use a row selector in any of them
