WEBDEV Table Columns

Hi,

I have about 30 columns in a WEBDEV Table. as i scroll to the right, all the columns scroll togther.

How to make the first 5 columns stay/fixed scrolling...while i scroll to the right ( that means from 6th column it will scroll ) ?

Anybody know of how to do it in webdev table?

Hello Peter,

In Windev there is an option to anchor one or more table columns in the "General Tab" of the table control.
I don't know if that option also exists in Webdev.

Hi Al,

I saw the options (windev) but not sure how it works.
Let's say i want the first 5 column to be fixed...and only scroll from the 6th columm, which column should be the anchor ?

Hello Peter,

As Piet has pointed out the option is not available in Webdev, but in Windev, the anchor option in a table must be set to "None" and the "Number of columns fixed to the left" in the table "Details" pane is set to the number of columns to lock. In your case this would be 5

Hi Piet,

Yes, webdev don't have the option ( as what Al has mentioned for windev, thank you !).
BTW, do you know of any workaround for webdev ?
