Failed: HFSQL2024INSTALL290061j.exe

Has anyone else had problems installing HFSQL2024INSTALL290061j.exe?

When I try to update, I get

When I check HFSQL version it is 290045h and it should be 290061j since auto updates is turned on and set to nightly. So I go to the downloads and downloaded the 61j exe file and it fails even though WinDev is at 290061r as required. I clicked on the submit button and selected email but no success so I have saved it in a file (menu.dump) and sent it to Tech Support.

Since 290061r is installed, then I thought the install in WinDev might have been updated but it is still 290045h version.

I can confirm that the 61r update package "WX2024UPDATE290061r.exe" downloads payload "WX2024PACK290061r.zip" that contains WD29PACKCOMMUN.zip which ultimately installs by default to the C:\PC SOFT\WINDEV 2024\Install\ directory and indeed doesn't contain updates for the following directories:
Cluster HFSQL
HFSQL Server
Reports And Queries

So this appears to be an oversight.

Fortunately these items can be downloaded from the website or the ftp site.

As for the error you experienced I can't confirm it cause I always update HFSQL servers from either a direct download from the website or the ftp site. both methods resulting in an updated "WX290PACKHFSQLCS.exe"

Thanks for the info. I was able to update my HFSQL from our server using "Update another..." option.
