WD 28 UI errors related tp WD 27 Patch

After converting my WD 27 project to WD 28 I get the following errors that I have not been able to find the cause of:

Error:The <D:\WX-ISCO\Answers.v27\Patch-Before.txt> file is outside the project directory and it cannot be added to the SCM (used 2 times).

I have reinialized the PATCH in WD 28 and still the UI errors. If I double click the error it takes me to the Project dashboard.

Any suggestions?
