I just noticed that the US distributor is warning that there will be a 10% price increase for WX products in February and is suggesting that customers may want to place orders for additional licenses and upgrades now.

Hi,
there always has been a price difference between upgrade prices during a certain period after announcement and later. Usually, the difference is even more than 10%. The upgrade period for the French products has ended already! However, as we can see in v28, the unification of French and English products has advanced quite a bit and I suspect that there will be no "French" and "English" products anymore. Currently, on PC Soft's English web site, v27 is still there, no English "v28 new features" brochure can be found. So, at least for this year, v28 will be announced separately. Maybe, next year (v29) will be different.
