O365 Basic Auth Deprecation

Hi,

MS has today switched off all of our POP3 connections with basic authentication. So WX clients can´t connect via POP3 and IMAP. (OK, MS told us that we can it roll back)

But, they wrote "you might need to change your email client to one that supports Modern Authentication"

Can we do that with WX ??

imap, yes, an auoth2 syntax is available

pop, no... In their great wisdom, pcsoft decided that nobody was using pop anymoire and therefore did NOT implement the auoth protocol for it, even thought it is technically possible

And to whoever was still using pop for their system, they are saying "f... you"
