Deploying Website

Hi
Using WB27

Normally when deploying a website I just use the http option - very simple and works a treat.

However with a particular client, port 80 is closed, and the website is accessed via port 82. The router then redirects to port 80 on the actual webserver.

The website runs fine, however deploying it from WebDev via http doesn't seem possible. If I enter the ipaddress:82 as the address for the server, it doesn't work. Neither does the straight IP address.

Anyone got this sort of thing to work? Maybe FTP is the next best option? Deploying via a physical installer files does work, just a bit cumbersome...

Any advice appreciated...

I don't know how itf works in AWS.
Our in house experience, with normal dongles, not network dongles, is this:
If you try to launch windev or webdev in one PC using RDP the dongles isn't found
We have installed VNC in all our development machnies and with this type of connection it works without problems

Answer in the wrong post, sorry
