WB23 - DateTime field problem???

Hello everyone

I have a website (webdev on php platform)
I have a DateTime field in the tables no matter how I set the date and time format, the DateTime field is always empty (1000-00-00 00:00:00) ??
I write in the way Date_field = Date + Time

collation = utf8_general_ci

Where can my problem be?

The problem is in the content of the DB tables? what type of DB?
The problem is in the content of the control in the page?

What are date & time in the line Date_field = Date + Time? are you refernig datesys() + timesys()
If you run in debug what is the content of Date_field ?

The database is MySQL InoDB.
I tried all available date and time formats
My database is on a Linux server in the cloud
