WM lower Sound of other Apps

WM lower Sound of other Apps

Hello,

i wonder how it is possible to lower the Sound of Apps like Spotify while my App has to say something.
I think about something like a Navigation System: Music Volume gets lower... Nav says: "turn left" ... Music gets louder again

Im using SpeechSynthesisReadText in WM 26
