Wordprocessor: RTF into doxc document

Hello to you all,

We are using the wordprocessor.
We want to place rtf text into the wordprocessor.
There is RTFtoText( ) but no RTFtoDocx.

Question: Is there a way to place the rtf text (with color, size etc.) into the wordprocessor?

Hi Frans,

any Edit Control with an activated RTF-checkbox is able to use your RTF-text, you don't need the Wordprocessor Control for RTF, it's already there. If you really want to convert RTF to .DOCX then use LibreOffice for a conversion. Or, there is even a small program doing exactly that on [www.nchsoftware.com]

Hello Guenter,

Thank you for your answer but the text of an rtf control has to be but in the wordprocessor.
I think I use Rtftotext() and wait for WD28.

I tried a lot, but nothing worked, so no RTF to DOCX.

Drop a text box onto your docx in the required position.
Copy/paste content of your RTF control into the box.
Save as a docx, all rtf formatting is preserved - I'm using v26
