Unselect text in edit control

When I jump from one control to another the text in de new selected control is selected.

Sometimes this is very bad.

The user select a control and want to add a line of text.

The user must have the possibility to directly enter a new line without unselecting the whole content.

Is there a way to enter a multiline control where the text is unselected.

it's an option in the 7 tabs/details/automatic erase

just uncheck it
