Error 404 with SOAP Service/ WD25

Hi,
I am trying to update some older W20/21 SOAP Services to WD25 SOAP Services - no code changes.
I create a setup by physical media and install the Services on my IIS Server.

When I try to import the WSDL description I get an Error 404 ...

This is my local address 192.168.178.123/METRICA7v2_SOAP_WEB/metrica7v2_Soap.awws?wsdl (cannot connect)
BUT
I can connect to 192.168.178.123/METRICA7v2_SOAP_WEB/
from where I can see a list of my exported procedures and run my SOAP procedures !!!

* I have deleted the http:\\ in front of the links for formatting issues ..

Any ideas?
