[WD25] Changing app icon, how?

I am having trouble with "attaching" an icon. When I copy the app to a user's computer, it reverts back to the default icon. I have tried including it in the exe, putting it in the exe directory, etc., etc. Nothing seems to work.

Did you choose the icon in the EXE generation?

Are you sure that the icon's file type is of the correct format, see:

If the default icon was in your exe, before you choose a new (your own) one then it could also be a Windows-icon-cache problem on that particular system. Search Google for "rebuild icon cache Windows"
