Looks Like the online help is broken again.

When doing a search like "Hfilter" returns no results.

Can someone confirm.

Yes the search is broken

You can switch to the local help in the "General options of Windev" - much faster than the web

Alternatively you can use Goole to search in the help.
It's much faster than PCSofts search:
Syntaxes in Google e.g.:
    hFilter site:doc.windev.com
    hFilter site:doc.pcsoft.fr
