[WD25] Possible upgrade 89f to 90f problem

I recently upgraded WD25 to the 90f version. I also upgraded Windows to 20H2. After the upgrades, any new browse tables I created on existing files would not load records. Also the filetomemorytable() function stopped working. I am using the 64 bit version of Windev.

I deleted Windev, rebooted the computer and then installed the 89f original English release and then upgraded it to 90f. Once I had gone through those steps I could create browse tables or use filetomemorytable() and both worked correctly.
