not sure but:
The file names seems to indicate that it is an internal temporary file
So the first thing I would do would be to look for files named like that ondisk to find WHERE they are/it is
Then I would look if the file/directory is in readonly, or blocked by the A/V (and exclude the directory from A/V surveillance)
If it is read only, it probably means a problem inheriting upper level properties when creating the directory (happens often if using the SCM, as it is creating new directory for extractions purpose)

Once you know what's happening, you can tell us if you don't know for to solve it

Thank you .. It was Norton. Settings "Progam Exclusions" on windev25 directory.
